Typically concrete, treated wood, or synthetic wood material are used for designing and constructing a deck. Handrails can be designed and constructed from various materials, including treated marine grade lumber, stainless steel, powder-coated aluminum, and tempered glass. Repairs
All waterfront homes with sea walls, decks, docks, boat lifts require repair and maintenance from time to time to maintain their level of quality. PMC provides full service and support to its customers and can perform all phases of construction. For damaged docks, decks, or sea walls, PMC can assess the property and provide a property owner with a written recommendation and cost estimate to perform the repair. For service repairs, including boat lift maintenance, PMC offers an hourly rate for all service technicians when repair or maintenance project is small and addressed during the inspection.
