Environmental
Waterfront property and its inhabitants are sensitive and must be protected.
PMC has the highest standards of compliance to meet all regulatory and environmental requirements for any types of marine, coastal, or waterfront projects. PMC prepares, submits, and obtains all required environmental permits on the customer's behalf and performs all required ecological studies as well as impact studies to safeguard seagrasses, corals, and other protected species. Civil
PMC provides civil services for our customers with a team of professionals that are licensed and certified professional engineers (P.E) in the state of Florida and southern states. During the design and development of any type of waterfront improvement such as a seawall, dock, or revetment, civil engineering is performed to ensure compliance with regulations and to properly locate property boundaries. Preparation of the proper documents, design drawings, survey, and locating all required information. This information is utilized to show the improvements in the construction and permit drawings when applying for permits and during the construction process.
Structural
Waterfront properties are exposed to wave action, erosion, and currents. The improvements such as a seawall or boat dock must be able to withstand the day-to-day impacts and constant exposure to the outside and marine elements. Designing and building a seawall, dock, deck, or boat lift on any waterfront requires the applicant to prepare complete engineering drawings that include the preparation of structural engineering calculations on all weights, loads, and stress points. Inspections
PMC provides buyers, sellers, and real estate agents with a complete inspection and reporting services. When you are considering purchasing a waterfront home or commercial property, that requires waterfront improvements such as a seawall, dock, deck, rip rap, or a boat lift. It is recommended that these types of improvements be examined by qualified expert. To get an extensive report on the condition of the structures.
